Official terms and conditions governing student enrolment, ERP portal usage, workshop conduct, fee structure, and NCVT examination eligibility.

80% Mandatory Attendance

Minimum 80% attendance required for NCVT exam admit card.

Timely Fee Clearance

Tuition & Hostel fee installments must be cleared by due dates.

Zero Misconduct Tolerance

Strict NCVT disciplinary code; ragging or ERP misuse leads to expulsion.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By logging into the ITI College ERP Portal, accessing student credentials, or securing admission to any ITI trade program, you agree to be legally bound by these institutional terms and conditions.

  • This agreement forms a binding covenant between student, parent, and college administration.
  • Administration reserves full right to amend rules following NCVT / DGT notifications.

2. Attendance & Examination Rules

Pursuant to DGT & NCVT regulations, the following standards are compulsory for AITT examination hall ticket issuance:

Practical Workshop Labs

Minimum 80% attendance in Trade Practical Workshop sessions.

Engineering Theory & Math

Minimum 75% attendance in Trade Theory and Workshop Science & Calculation.

3. Fee Payment & Refund Policy

  • Official GST Receipts: All tuition and hostel payments are processed via ERP with instant official GST PDF receipt generation.
  • Late Payment Charges: Installments paid past due date incur a late fee penalty as prescribed in the fee schedule.
  • Refund Rules: In case of admission cancellation, refunds are processed strictly under DTE / NCVT rules.

4. Workshop Safety & Conduct Code

Compliance with Industrial Safety Norms (IS: 5216) is strictly enforced in all trade practical workshops:

Safety Shoes & Uniform: Leather safety boots and approved trade uniform are mandatory.
Zero Tolerance for Ragging: Ragging constitutes a criminal offense resulting in immediate FIR & expulsion.

5. ERP Portal Security & Legal Jurisdiction

Students are individually responsible for safeguarding their ERP account passwords. System tampering or unauthorized access is punishable under IT Act 2000. All legal disputes are subject exclusively to New Delhi Court Jurisdiction.
